The Billy Goat range of wheeled vacuums is famous for extraordinary suction power while using comparatively low-powered engines. It's all in the aerodynamic design. These models will pick up tin cans and even bottles, chomp them up, and then compact them into the huge bag along with twigs, cardboard cups, discarded sweets and leaves.
They can collect from lawns and hard surfaces, but also from gravel drives without sucking up the stones. This is possible because the nozzle is adjustable (giving various air speeds) and the height of the whole machine is adjustable too. The 29-inch nozzle actually picks up a slightly wider strip – can be as much as 32-inches.
