By raking out thatch and dead clippings, you can restore colour and health to your turf. Along with aerating, it allows moisture and nutrients to get down to the roots. The best times of the year for treatment are in spring, summer and autumn, when thatch has built up.

You tow the dethatcher to where it is needed, then lower it off its wheels with a lever. If required, extra weight can be added in the special tray. A lawn sweeper would then make short work of collecting the debris.

Agri-Fab implements attach to all major makes of tractor with the hitch pin (provided). Some assembly is required before first usage.
