The Motif 48 Auto self-propelled mower is suited to rough or fine grass and can be used with or without the collecting bag. It has plenty of power to handle reasonable slopes.
There is a safety lever called the Operator Presence Control which you keep depressed during use. It fits snugly into the handlebar and, when you let go, the blade and engine will stop completely within three seconds. Hayter fit modern engines on all their machines, designed to the latest standards for carbon and noise emissions.
Adjusting the height of cut is easy: you just move one lever.
This mower is pleasant to use and reasonably priced.
