The front wheel is mounted on a comparatively high tubular frame, allowing easier passage through long grass. Most people find it best to allow the wheel to pivot, but it can be locked if required. This machine copes readily with tussocky, undulating land without (normally) blocking or stalling. Grass is ejected to the side.
