The KHT600D is a best-selling, serious hedgetrimmer, not to be confused with run-of-the-mill models. The handle can be instantly locked in any of five positions to relieve twist on your wrists. Vibration is minimised using a damped mass vibration absorber; and the gearbox has two cams, so that both blades reciprocate. The blades are extremely sturdy and their generous tooth pitch is an indication that they will tackle tough, old hedges.

It is a fact that 2-stroke engines have a higher power-to-weight ratio than 4-stroke. Kawasaki 2-strokes with electronic ignition start easily and reliably year after year. Starting is made particularly smooth and easy by the Kawasaki Advanced Recoil mechanism.
