The Ryobi Quik-Fire engines are said to be easier to start than older models, and to control unwanted emissions more accurately. They have a hard chrome plated cylinder for long life.
There are two nylon line heads with different thickness line for different densities of greenery. The nylon line feed systems are also innovative, both being designed to be easy and rapid. The strimming line will deal with grass and weeds, and the steel blade can tackle brambles. Be aware that even nylon line can mark the bark of trees and shrubs.
This machine can be quickly split in half by loosening the yellow wing nut, allowing many different Expand-it tools to be fitted when you need them. It helps storage and fitting in your car too. The free hedgetrimmer is one of the most popular Expand-it attachments.
All brushcutters / line trimmers should be treated with respect. They can throw debris, so never use one near pets or other people. Protective goggles should always be worn, and ear-defenders, gloves and leg coverings are recommended too.
