Lohuis brushcutters are comfortable and well balanced. Usually the best technique is a scything motion from side to side. This machine is light for its power and excellent for all kinds of mowing and clearance in garden, paddock or wood. It is fantastic value for money: many would say it is in a class comparable with Kawasaki 33cc or Stihl 31cc brushcutters.

Twin handle brushcutters are equally suited to use with the steel blade or the nylon trimmer head (both provided). The well spaced handles give excellent control especially when tackling resistant growths like brambles.

The nylon strimmer line is automatically fed out by simply tapping the spool on the ground. The strimming line will deal with grass and quite coarse weeds but not brambles. Be aware that even nylon line can mark the bark of trees and shrubs.

To avoid spillage we ship machines without fuel or oil, so you will need to add them. The machine comes in two boxes for simple home assembly. The brushcutter is easy to maintain: spark plug and air filter (obtainable from us) are readily changed. We also supply blades, nylon line, etc..

All brushcutters/line trimmers should be treated with respect. They can throw debris, so never use one near pets or other people. Protective goggles should always be worn, and ear-defenders, gloves and leg coverings are recommended too.
