Choosing a hedgecutter
Bosch hedge trimmers come in three groupings:
The Pro-T models have a tooth spacing of 34mm (approx 1.3in), allowing you to cut very substantial wood. The models with -24 in the name have a tooth spacing of 24mm (just under 1in), which still lets you cut pretty sizeable branches. And the machines identified with -16 have their teeth spaced at 16mm (about 0.6in). These are suited to finer hedging material.
The other criteria to consider are blade length and motor power (watts). It is best to match the depth and 'woodiness' of your hedge in picking a model of hedge trimmer. Set against that is weight and manoeuvrability.
