To avoid fraudulent use of credit cards, we can only deliver to the address where the credit card is registered.   We deliver machines and parts by courier or post or on one of our vehicles. All machines come to you in a box containing instructions. It is vital to add lubricating oil according to the manufacturer's instructions.

UK Delivery Charges

• Machines: free of charge*.
• Attachments, accessories, protective clothing or spare parts to be delivered with a garden machine: free of charge*.
• Spare parts, servicing kits, accessories, protective clothing and attachments ordered separately from a machine: £4.50 including VAT per order*

*We regret that a surcharge of £11.75 including VAT now has to be added to all of the above rates for delivery to the following Scottish postcodes:
IV; KW 1-14; PA 34, 37, 38 and 39; PH 19-26, 30-41, 49 and 50.

• Our courier delivers to mainland UK.

Delivery Times

• Courier: We will notify you when your goods have been shipped and normally they will arrive on the next business day (note that our courier does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays). You will need to sign for the consignment. We try to despatch goods on the day that you order if we receive the order before midday, but please allow three working days.
• Post: first class mail is used.

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may depend on our suppliers or other factors outside our control.
