STEP 1.
There are three alternative routes to selecting a product:
1. By Machine Type (like 'mowers' or 'brushcutters'). Click the picture on the home (Showroom) page.
2. By Make . Click the link in the menu to the left.
3. By Search. Type words or a model number in the search field to the top right.

Then select from the product list. Click on the More Info link for more product information. To buy, click on Add to Basket .

STEP 2.
Check your shopping basket...
1. To remove a product from your basket click the Remove button at the right of the product listing.
2. To alter the number of units of a product you wish to buy change the Quantity field.
3. Click Recalculate to update the number of units.
4. Use the dropdown menu to change the delivery options. The charges will automatically be updated.
5. If you have a voucher, click I have a voucher and fill in the code.
6. To continue shopping, click a Continue Shopping button.
7. If you need to inspect the shopping basket at any time, click the button in the left menu.
8. Finally, when you are happy with the contents of your shopping basket, click the Proceed to Checkout button to go to the next stage.

STEP 3.
Create a new account or log in...
1. If you are a new customer then you will need to create a new account. Fill in your name, address and e-mail details on the form. The password is optional but will allow you to log in quickly next time. By all means use the Notes section, but please do not specify a delivery address different from where your plastic card is registered. To prevent fraudulent use of a stolen card, we are obliged to make deliveries to the card address.

2. If you are a returning customer, click RETURNING CUSTOMER LOGIN and log in using your registration email address and password.

Check the details. You have another opportunity to enter your voucher code if you have one and did not do it during step 2. Then click Confirm Order to proceed to the next stage.

STEP 4.
See all your order details...
1. Check all the details displayed on the thank you page. The address shown is your credit card address. If you have telephoned us to arrange a different delivery address, it will appear as you entered it, in the Notes box.
2. Click the Secure Payment button to go to the WorldPay Secure Server.

STEP 5.
Make your payment via WorldPay...
You will be transferred to WorldPay where you will need to give your credit or debit card details. Please follow the steps carefully.
WorldPay handles all the payment processing of your card and is secure.

Once you have successfully made your payment at WorldPay you will be returned to Cranbrook Engineering Ltd.
You will also be emailed a confirmation of your order and a confirmation of your payment.
